Hired, trained, developed, and led a 25-person technical team. Managed a $2.5 million operational budget. Position scope includes full management over – and accountability for – developing and integrating internal business applications, relational databases, network security and administration, internal e-mail applications (Lotus Notes and MS Exchange), and operational services such as calling card platforms, billing systems, and automated processes.

  • Organized and supervised database design projects in both Oracle and MS SQL Server environments.
  • Supervised data consolidation and design group for new acquisitions.

Hired to fill the project leader role for this software firm. Position included managing the efforts of a team of Delphi programmers to produce CD-Plus for Windows. This Windows product is a large scale, customized system for county and city governments used mainly in community development areas such as permitting, code enforcement, contractor licensing, occupational licensing, growth management, and addressing. The system also included a complete cash transaction system and debit accounts. Modifications allowed this client server application to run as a front-end to most major SQL compliant servers including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.

  • Managed development of a telephony interface that allows real-time direct access to the database.
